Join Puamana Crabbe at the Muʻumuʻu Library for an 8 week course in sewing! The class will provide students with a comprehensive introduction to sewing and garment creation while integrating Hawaiian values, ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi, and cultural principles.
The class progresses through various stages, teaching sewing skills, including hand sewing, machine sewing, and garment construction. Students will learn how to use sewing machines, select and care for fabrics, and apply sewing techniques.
